Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Mr. Market Signals (“MMS”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Contact: info@mrmarketsignals.com.

Email updates

If you use the “Follow the challenge” form we store your email address, your first name if you give it, the page you signed up from, the signup time and the consent wording shown, plus whether you have unsubscribed. We use this to send 10×20 Challenge updates. To unsubscribe or have your details removed, write to info@mrmarketsignals.com.

To limit abuse, we also keep a hashed fingerprint derived from your IP address and browser user agent. This is pseudonymous data, not anonymous. Fingerprints older than 24 hours are removed during subsequent signup processing; they can remain longer if no further signup occurs.

Accounts

The sign-in area of this website is currently used only by MMS staff. Where an account exists we store the sign-in details needed to operate it, and your browser keeps the sign-in session in its local storage.

Support emails

If you email us we keep the message and your contact details to answer it.

Payments

When paid membership applies, payments are handled by third-party providers under their own privacy policies. MMS does not store your card details.

Cookies, analytics and external requests

No advertising pixels are configured in this website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google when pages load.

Analytics (optional). With your consent we measure page visits, email sign-up form submissions, and clicks on links to our trial portal, member login, Myfxbook record, managed account and social profiles. We save a random browser ID (replaced after about 90 days) and a random visit ID (ends after 30 minutes of inactivity) in your browser’s local storage — not cookies. With each event we record the page path, the domain name of the website that referred you (not the full address), campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and a traffic source category (Direct/Unknown, Search/Google, Search/Other, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Other Referral or Other Campaign). We do not store your IP address, full browser details, name or email for analytics, and we do not fingerprint devices. Raw events are deleted after approximately 90 days — deletion can be delayed until that month’s anonymous totals have been calculated; afterwards only anonymous monthly totals are kept. Your choice is remembered for 180 days and you can change it any time via “Analytics settings”. Declining has no effect on the site.

Ask Mr. Market

Where the Ask Mr. Market help assistant is available (currently in preview only), the questions you type are sent to an AI service provider that processes them to match your question to approved MMS answers. The chat is kept only in your browser for the current visit and is not saved to an MMS database or profile. Please do not share passwords, account numbers or other credentials in the chat.

Why we use your information

Email updates are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Accounts and support are handled because they are necessary to provide the service you ask for. Abuse prevention and security rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website safe.

Service providers

We use hosting, database and AI service providers to run the website, store signups and operate the assistant. An email provider may be used to notify MMS of new signups; this is currently disabled.

How long we keep it

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records and meet applicable obligations.

Security

Access to the email list is restricted to authorised MMS administrators, and we use reasonable access controls to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Send privacy requests to info@mrmarketsignals.com. Where applicable you may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
