These terms apply to the Mr. Market Signals (“MMS”) website and services. By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

MMS provides systematic trading information and access to copy the MMS portfolio through a third-party copy-trading platform. Where offered, a 14-day free trial is available; founding membership is $57 per month where applicable. The terms shown at sign-up on the relevant platform apply.

Risk and no guaranteed returns

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Returns are not guaranteed, and the 10×20 Challenge objectives are goals, not promises. Copied results can differ from the MMS reference account because of execution, broker, pricing and timing. Use MMS reference risk or lower — never higher. See the Risk Disclosure.

Your account and responsibility

You trade through your own broker account and are responsible for it, your risk settings and your decisions. MMS does not hold your funds. Nothing MMS publishes is individual financial or investment advice.

Third-party brokers and platforms

Brokers, copy-trading platforms and payment providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. MMS is not responsible for their services, pricing, execution or availability.

Cancellation

Cancel through the controls of the platform or provider you signed up with. If you need help, contact info@mrmarketsignals.com.

Availability

The website and services may be interrupted, delayed or changed, and continuous availability is not guaranteed.

MMS content and systems

MMS content, systems, reports and materials may not be copied, resold or redistributed without our written permission.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
